Brown Residence

This project encompasses the comprehensive renovation of the kitchen and living areas, alongside the strategic addition of a master bedroom, a "dirty kitchen," and a dedicated laundry room. To enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space, we have opted to expose the trusses, creating a striking cathedral-like appearance.

A thoughtfully designed chimney serves to delineate the public and private spaces, acting as a stunning focal point within the layout. The "dirty kitchen" and laundry room feature a separate entrance conveniently connected to the carport, while also incorporating a discreet access point concealed behind a cabinet door to maintain the clean lines of the design.
