My Story
My Name is Karen Jimenez Frey
Born and raised in Costa Rica, I pursued my passion for architecture at Universidad Hispanoamericana, where I learned to blend innovative design with environmental consciousness. At Komodah Signature Designs, we are dedicated to creating spaces that prioritize well-being and harmony with nature. Our approach respects the surroundings and emphasizes the importance of designing with the natural environment in mind, from concept to final execution.
With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, I have found that architecture offers me a unique way to make a positive impact on people's lives. My commitment to facilitating beautiful and functional spaces is driven by my desire to enhance the quality of life for my clients.
When I’m not designing, I cherish time spent with my children and enjoy playing basketball and soccer. Crafting, outdoor activities and gardening are my outlets for creativity and relaxation while allowing me to reconnect with nature, which I deeply appreciate.
Honesty and a strong work ethic, instilled in me by my father, combined with the humility and compassion taught by my mother, serve as the foundation for both my personal and professional journey. Their encouragement to always follow my dreams has led me to this fulfilling path.
